Account Director – Spanish Market (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a results‑driven Account Director to lead Spanish‑language accounts for its Sales Solutions portfolio. Based in Dublin, this hybrid role combines strategic relationship management with a strong hunter mindset to uncover new revenue opportunities and expand existing business.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep, multi‑level relationships within client organisations and act as a trusted advisor.
• Own the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells and net‑new opportunities, driving proactive discovery and qualification.
• Develop and execute account plans that increase wallet share across complex stakeholder environments.
• Leverage LinkedIn’s tech stack—including CRM, sales engagement tools and data platforms—to deliver insight‑led outreach.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure customer adoption, success and accurate forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
• Strong commercial orientation with a hunter mindset and consultative selling approach.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage a pipeline, forecast accurately and adapt to evolving client needs.
