Account Executive (Media/TV Sales) – $250k+ OTE – 100% Inbound

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Account Executive to close high‑ticket TV media packages for small businesses. You will consult directly with owners, helping them turn documentary features into powerful marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Attend 16 inbound Zoom calls per day, each 30 minutes, with camera on and professional demeanor.
• Sell TV media packages ranging from $10k to $100k, focusing on consultative, ethical selling.
• Maintain accurate records by updating the CRM, sending SMS confirmations, and completing post‑call reports.
• Participate in daily morning training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
• Build a recurring book of business, with top performers generating additional monthly revenue from existing clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in high‑ticket, B2B, or media‑related environments.
• Strong consultative selling skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Comfortable working remotely with a professional home Zoom setup.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls and stay organized under pressure.
