Account Executive – Talent Solutions (Nordic)

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Talent Solutions Account Executive to drive new business across the Nordic region. Based in Dublin, you will work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with days in the office. You will engage both inbound prospects and proactively target companies, positioning LinkedIn’s recruitment and learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales quota.
• Generate pipeline through relentless prospecting and outbound activity.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan and share competitive insights.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain transparent pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams by relaying market feedback.
• Coach colleagues and contribute to best‑practice documentation.
• Take initiative on cross‑functional projects and leadership opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in IT, recruiting solutions, or HR software.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
• Proven ability to sell to C‑level executives.
• Strong negotiation, forecasting, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
