Account Manager, Google Shopping Solutions – Northern & Southern Europe

About the role

Google is looking for an Account Manager to lead its Shopping Solutions portfolio across Northern and Southern Europe. You will act as the trusted advisor for retail advertisers, helping them maximise the impact of Google Shopping Ads while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for a portfolio of mid‑market retail advertisers, providing strategic guidance on Shopping campaign performance.
• Advise merchants on best‑practice Shopping Ads and Merchant Center configurations to drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, and influence product improvements.
• Track and report on operational KPIs and quarterly output targets.
• Educate clients through workshops, webinars, and other learning resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology or online advertising sales.
• Proven ability to work on cross‑functional programs and deliver results in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Northern and Southern European online advertising and retail markets.
