About the role

Key responsibilities
- Deliver a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience.
- Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor.
- Drive sales and achieve KPI targets by promoting current trends and in‑store promotions.
- Utilise in‑store devices to showcase the full product range and suggest add‑on sales.
- Replenish stock, ensure correct pricing and full‑size range availability.
- Represent JD Sports professionally and work safely.
