Account Manager – Large Customer Sales (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) team partners with the world’s leading brands and agencies to drive growth through Google’s advertising ecosystem. As a bilingual Account Manager you will sell Search, YouTube and Digital Video Advertising solutions, helping customers achieve ambitious marketing goals while shaping the future of advertising in the AI era.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and influence executive stakeholders, uncovering business objectives and translating them into actionable advertising strategies.
• Build and pitch data‑driven solutions across Search, YouTube and DVA, managing objections and consistently meeting sales targets.
• Analyze performance data to extract insights, identify growth opportunities and develop qualified pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal Google teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and customer success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development or online media.
• Fluent in English and French, able to manage client relationships in both languages.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, experience in a matrixed organization, and at least 1 year managing digital marketing or advertising campaigns.
