Account Manager – Maternity Cover (22.5 hrs/week)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to lead the bareMinerals brand within the Boots Liffey Valley store on a maternity‑cover basis. Working three days a week (22.5 hours), you will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive consulting and product knowledge.
• Provide standout customer service that encourages repeat visits and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with store colleagues, area sales manager, and retail partners to ensure a cohesive, high‑performing team.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage stock levels for bareMinerals.
• Adapt to flexible retail hours, including weekends, late evenings, and bank holidays.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales consulting with a history of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for beauty and self‑expression.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a collaborative approach.
