Accountant – Aviation Advisory Services

About the role

Join Crowleys DFK’s Aviation Advisory Services team as an Accountant, supporting accurate financial reporting and compliance for a fast‑growing division. This full‑time, permanent role is based in either Cork or Dublin and offers a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual and interim management accounts.
• Compile statutory financial statements, disclosures and audit files, and support external audits.
• Manage timelines to meet client deliverables and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist in developing and documenting finance policies, procedures and process improvements.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and project work as required by management.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in financial accounting, management accounting, audit or a similar finance role.
• Experience in a regulated professional services, financial services, aviation, leasing or corporate services environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Irish GAAP, UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in financial accounting, management accounting and audit processes.
