About the role
The Accounts Receivable Team Member will join ESB's centralised Finance Operations team, supporting the collection, billing and processing of unregulated revenue for ESB Networks. You will work with SAP and ISU systems, handle daily payment allocation and collaborate with Distribution & Customer Services on new works quotations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, collect and bill all unregulated income.
- Receipt, allocation and daily processing of payments.
- Support staff with re‑quoting new works jobs.
- Manage referrals and process cheque refunds.
- Perform debtor follow‑up and invoicing for unregulated income.
Required profile
- Third‑level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Required skills
- Knowledge of SAP (desired).
- Familiarity with ISU system.
- Microsoft Excel.
