Accounting Instructor – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced accounting instructors to help train and evaluate AI systems that reason about accounting principles and financial reporting. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands and communicates complex financial concepts for finance professionals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated accounting questions, explanations, and financial reasoning for accuracy and clarity.
• Assess correctness of concepts such as financial statements, bookkeeping, internal controls, and managerial accounting.
• Identify errors, edge cases, and misleading or incomplete explanations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI output quality and precision.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching accounting at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of both financial and managerial accounting principles.
• Ability to critically evaluate written quantitative and rule‑based reasoning.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to meet project deadlines independently.

Required skills

• CPA designation or Master’s degree in Accounting (nice to have).
• Hands‑on experience with audits, financial analysis, or applied accounting practice (nice to have).
• Familiarity with AI systems or model evaluation workflows (nice to have).
