About the role

This 12‑month contract position supports a leading global firm in Dublin by driving AI and data governance initiatives. The analyst will apply deep knowledge of AI and data assets to review, enhance, and implement policies, standards, and training that ensure responsible and compliant use.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI and data governance policies, standards, and guidance.
• Develop and deliver training materials to promote responsible AI and data usage.
• Identify, measure, and manage AI and data risks and opportunities within enterprise tolerance.
• Collaborate with peer functions to address regulatory and legal obligations related to AI and data.
• Monitor governance operations and support data‑driven decision‑making to improve efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience in an AI Data Governance role.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, legal, data, and operational aspects of AI governance.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
