Area Manager – Lifestyle Fashion Retail (Ireland)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead up to five lifestyle fashion stores across the North and South of Ireland. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, championing brand culture and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in each location.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence across all stores, including service standards, staffing and visual merchandising.
• Own store budgets, manage payroll and control costs.
• Conduct regular store visits to maintain consistency and high standards.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, footfall and conversion rates.
• Analyse performance data (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage stock consistency, flag losses and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with HQ teams on seasonal visual standards and brand presentation.
• Oversee site locations across a large geographical area and support future growth projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Area Support Manager, Cluster Manager, Multi‑Site Manager or current Area Manager in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Background in fashion, footwear, accessories or lifestyle retail (other sectors considered).
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for developing high‑performing teams.
• Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locations.
• Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel across Ireland (and occasionally the UK) using own car.
