Area Sales Manager – Building Products (Ireland)

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will lead field sales for a high‑quality range of building products, waterproofing and concrete repair solutions across Ireland. You will work directly with distributors, contractors, architects and specifiers to grow revenue and provide technical guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio worth approximately €2 million, driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, applicators, flooring, waterproofing and roofing contractors, as well as architects and specifiers.
• Provide sound technical advice and product specifications to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned area.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven field‑sales experience selling building products to distributors, contractors or specifiers.
• Strong understanding of construction materials such as grouts, sealants, waterproofing systems, roofing or industrial flooring.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently in the field.

• Competitive base salary of €70,000–€85,000 per year.
