Assembly Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our Dublin manufacturing team. The role involves assembling precision mechanical components in a cleanroom environment and ensuring each product meets strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble precision mechanical components according to detailed engineering instructions.
• Inspect, clean, and prepare parts before assembly.
• Perform functional testing to verify product quality.
• Operate precision assembly tools, microscopes, and testing equipment.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and keep work areas organised.
• Complete accurate production and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to support manufacturing and testing.
• Follow established safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Experience in precision assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical work instructions.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
• Good problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to producing high‑quality work and meeting production deadlines.
• A qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline is an advantage.
