Assistant Manager – Luxury Retail (Jewellery)

About the role

Fields is seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Assistant Manager to join our flagship store in Dundrum. You will help create a luxury shopping experience, connecting with customers and inspiring your team to deliver memorable service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve personal and store sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and share product passion for jewellery, diamonds, and watches.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store presentation.
• Coach, develop, and support team members to reach their full potential.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations efficiently, including decision‑making and problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail, with a track record of motivating teams.
• Strong customer‑service background and a passion for luxury jewellery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to meet sales and performance targets.
