Associate Account Director – CEE Region

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a dynamic Associate Account Director to join its SMB CEE team, primarily serving Romanian customers and eventually expanding across up to 20 CEE countries. Based in Dublin, the role operates in a hybrid model, combining remote work with office days as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the renewal process for SMB customers, managing a high‑volume pipeline.
• Build deep, multi‑level relationships within client organisations, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Align LinkedIn solutions with customer business goals to drive retention, renewals, and expansion.
• Prospect actively within the assigned book of business through structured outreach and high‑volume calling.
• Support clients’ CHRO talent strategies and promote LinkedIn’s product suite.
• Develop and maintain a clear stakeholder map for each client across all business lines.
• Consistently achieve or exceed quota for renewal and growth opportunities.
• Create strategic territory plans and deliver reliable forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of sales experience.
• Business fluency in English; Romanian fluency preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
