Associate Account Manager Outbound

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to B2B decision‑makers and generate new business opportunities.
• Lead discovery conversations, pitch IrishJobs solutions, prepare quotes, close deals and own the customers you win.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline, work towards clear monthly targets and benefit from uncapped earning potential.
• After 12 months of strong performance, progress into an Account Manager role managing, renewing and growing your own customer portfolio.

Required profile

• Experience in high‑volume outbound sales (80–100 calls/day) is essential.
• Confidence to pick up the phone, handle objections and maintain persistence.
• Target‑driven mentality with genuine motivation to earn well.
• Backgrounds in B2B sales, inside sales, recruitment agency, insurance/telco outbound or call‑centre style sales are all suitable.
