Audit Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Manager to join a globally recognised top‑10 accounting firm in central Dublin. This position offers a unique opportunity to run your own portfolio as if it were a business, working closely with partners and positioning yourself for a fast‑track route to Director level.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients across technology, leisure, manufacturing, retail and media sectors.
• Collaborate directly with partners to deliver high‑quality audit services.
• Understand and analyse the financial drivers of client accounts.
• Expand the portfolio by leveraging and developing Irish business networks.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience at Audit Manager level within an Irish practice.
• Strong ambition to progress to senior leadership.
• Proactive attitude with a genuine drive to manage and grow client relationships.
