Autonomous Vehicle Driver – Bertha Certified

About the role

We are looking for a Bertha‑certified test operator to drive and monitor autonomous vehicles as part of our data‑collection projects. The role involves real‑world testing on city streets and highways, interacting with passengers, and ensuring safety and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate autonomous vehicles safely while monitoring system performance.
• Record real‑time observations and log any anomalies using dedicated software tools.
• Engage with ride‑hailing passengers during test rides.
• Execute test routes in diverse environments, including urban and highway scenarios.
• Maintain compliance with Bertha certification protocols and data‑integrity standards.
• Produce detailed test reports and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends and early mornings.

Required profile

• Bertha Certification for autonomous‑vehicle testing.
• Valid Class C driver’s licence with a clean record and at least three years of driving experience.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis.
• Strong judgment, focus and communication abilities.
