AWS DevOps Engineer – Dublin/Remote (2 days onsite per week)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level AWS DevOps Engineer to join a leading Life Science regulatory technology platform team in Dublin. The role is hybrid, with two days per week on‑site, and involves close collaboration with developers, quality engineers, and architects to deliver secure, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with development and QA teams to design and implement robust architecture.
• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines at a deep technical level.
• Drive security‑at‑scale initiatives across deployments.
• Automate processes using Python (or similar) and support incident response when required.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations, identify errors, and adjust solutions accordingly.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of commercial experience in a Platform/DevOps environment.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong background with AWS services and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Daily scripting and automation using Python or Go.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior technical leaders.
