Bid Manager

About the role

Fenergo, a Dublin-headquartered provider of AI-powered client lifecycle management for financial institutions, is looking for a Bid Manager. The role supports global sales teams in winning deals by managing and preparing bids and client proposals, working with Field Sales Reps, Sales Directors and Client Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full tender lifecycle, from opportunity tracking and qualification to submission, presentation and handover
• Coordinate global bid responses, assign tasks, track progress, package bids, handle ad-hoc queries and recommend strategies
• Build bid teams by coordinating with Sales, Client Solutions, Partners, Marketing, Client Services, Product Management, Security and Engineering, and liaise with key subject matter experts
• Draft, edit and review all bids and proposals, including Vendor Due Diligence and Risk Assessments, ensuring a consistent, persuasive tone
• Ensure submissions meet client specifications, evaluation criteria and regulatory standards
• Manage and grow the online content library and collateral using AI and library management tools

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Bid Manager
• Experience managing the end-to-end bid process
• Ability to work independently, manage several concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
• Nice to have: APMP certification, financial services / fintech / SaaS experience, and experience with AI automation and online proposal tools
