Bilingual Channel Sales Engineer – French (EMEA)

About the role

Keeper Security is seeking a bilingual (French) Channel Sales Engineer to join its EMEA channel sales team. The role is fully remote and supports partners throughout the region, helping them understand and adopt Keeper’s cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales technical support for Keeper products to channel partners across EMEA.
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to develop partner technical capabilities and drive incremental revenue.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and on‑site or remote proof‑of‑concepts.
• Assist partners with product trials, evaluations, implementation, and integration.
• Offer level‑2 technical assistance to existing customers and act as a technical advisor.
• Stay current on product features, enhancements, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to address technical questions and objections.
• Analytical mindset capable of solving complex technical problems under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience in pre‑sales or technical sales engineering within the cybersecurity or SaaS space.
• Knowledge of channel sales processes and partner enablement.
