Billing Secretary – 1 Year Fixed-Term in Dublin

About the role
We are seeking a Billing Secretary to join the Employment Law team on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. Based in our Dublin office, you will support fee‑earners by managing monthly billing cycles and ensuring invoices are produced and dispatched accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly invoices for Dublin‑based fee‑earners.
- Maintain billing documentation in line with firm standards and deadlines.
- Coordinate daily with Finance colleagues in London via a dotted reporting line.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dublin Partners on billing matters.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Legal Secretary or Billing role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with London Finance and Dublin Partners.
