About the role
We are looking for a Brand Protection Formalities Paralegal to support our international brand protection team. The role involves handling trademark and design formalities across the EU, UK and other jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file trademark and design applications and oppositions with the EUIPO.
- Manage prosecution stages, monitor deadlines and maintain accurate IP records.
- Liaise with clients, foreign associates and trademark offices to facilitate filings.
- Review certificates and official documentation for compliance.
- Assist with portfolio management and respond to day‑to‑day queries.
Required profile
- Proven experience in IP or trademark formalities.
- Strong knowledge of EUIPO processes and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a wider team in a fast‑paced environment.
