Business Development Executive & Brand Ambassador (Leinster)

About the role

Rí-Rá Brewing Company is seeking an energetic Business Development Executive & Brand Ambassador to grow its packaged beer portfolio across Leinster. You will manage key retail accounts, activate the brand at events, and help shape the consumer experience for one of Ireland’s fastest‑growing independent breweries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major retail customers such as Musgrave, O'Briens and Molloys.
• Ensure optimal in‑store execution, visibility and availability of the Rí‑Rá portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long‑term partnerships.
• Represent the brand at festivals, trade shows, sampling activities and other consumer events.
• Collaborate with marketing to deliver promotions, seasonal activations and gather feedback.
• Plan and execute an efficient territory journey across Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
