Business Development Executive – Solar PV

About the role
JinkoSolar Holdings is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand its footprint in the Solar PV market. You will drive new opportunity generation, analyse market dynamics and support strategic growth across the photovoltaic ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse market data such as grid connection status, market segments and forecasts.
- Collect key customer information including annual volume, pipeline, JKS wallet share, competition and decision‑makers.
- Identify new customers and generate leads for emerging opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, pricing movements and competitor activity.
- Control regional sales efforts and represent JinkoSolar at industry events and customer meetings.
- Lead quarterly technology workshops with strategic key accounts to assess demand potential.
- Develop new business concepts, products, applications and service offerings.
- Utilise Norden (or similar) software and Salesforce for data management.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth post‑sale execution.
- Work with Key Account Managers to respond to large PV tenders.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering or Business.
- Strong commercial instinct and negotiation skills.
- Results‑driven, resilient and highly self‑motivated.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a performance‑oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Experience in the PV industry is a strong plus.
