Business Development Manager – Beauty Division (Ireland)

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Beauty Division will drive sales growth, increase market share, and expand the customer base across Ireland within the medical and aesthetics sector. You will build strong relationships with clinics, medical professionals, and key accounts while representing the brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and exceed sales, revenue, and KPI targets for the assigned territory.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to maximise account penetration.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Support educational events, workshops, and training initiatives in the territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide market intelligence to senior management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Proactive, results‑driven individual with a passion for the aesthetics and beauty industry.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline.
• Experience in medical or aesthetic product sales is preferred.
