Business Development Representative – French (Hybrid, Dublin or Madrid)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Business Development Representative to join our Digital Center of Excellence in Dublin or Madrid. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with on‑site collaboration, and focuses on building a high‑quality pipeline for BMC’s sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Field Sales Team to create and execute a territory plan.
• Identify and engage new and existing customers to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities using digital sales tools.
• Target key accounts, reach decision‑makers, and nurture relationships to feed the sales pipeline.
• Participate in enablement sessions and training to continuously improve sales techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, persistent and comfortable with a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting across Dublin and Madrid.
• Motivation to develop a career in technology sales and achieve measurable results.
