About the role
Archer is looking for ambitious telesales professionals ready to transition into a Business Development position. You will take ownership of your sales pipeline, work directly with corporate clients, and see a direct impact on your earnings and career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close new client accounts to expand market share.
- Maintain and grow existing relationships to maximise revenue.
- Follow a full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to high‑stakes closing and long‑term account management.
- Participate in regular on‑site visits with corporate clients.
Required profile
- Target‑driven mindset with strong ambition and resilience.
- Proven success in telesales, cold calling, or outbound sales.
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience after graduation.
- Desire to grow, earn, and move into high‑level corporate sales.
