Business Manager – Automotive Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Business Manager to lead the Audi Centre in Dublin. The role combines sales leadership, finance and insurance expertise, and compliance oversight to drive dealership performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop Sales Executives, fostering a high‑performing team.
• Identify suitable funding and insurance options for customers while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
• Monitor finance and insurance performance against targets and maintain a compliant sales process.
• Assist senior management with forecasting, planning and revising dealership strategies.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to answer customer queries and log activity for performance measurement.

Required profile

• Previous automotive experience is essential.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and achieve sales objectives.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work a rota of 44 hours per week, including Saturdays.
