Business Manager – Luxury Skincare Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Business Manager to lead the La Prairie boutique within Brown Thomas in Dublin. The role combines brand ambassadorship with operational leadership to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sell‑out performance and achieve retail sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain the highest standards of La Prairie’s luxury brand presentation and customer experience.
• Develop and execute weekly sales targets, business plans, promotional calendars and event strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Beauty Advisors and Therapists, including performance and absence management.
• Analyse store performance, provide insights, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and ensure alignment with the global brand strategy.
• Communicate business opportunities, risks and stock issues to Head Office promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail management with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills, able to inspire high‑performance culture.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
