Calibration Technician – Measurement Equipment

About the role

Panametrics is looking for a motivated Calibration Technician to join its order execution team. You will work on gas and liquid measurement devices, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards for the energy and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support assembly, conduct Factory Acceptance Testing and perform ISO17025 calibrations.
• Mechanically assemble master builds and sub‑assemblies from engineering drawings.
• Inspect mechanical assemblies, carry out functional testing and calibrate assembled meters.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental (HSE) practices on the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with Panametrics quality policies and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Craft certificate in Instrumentation or a relevant Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualification.
• 2‑3 years of industry experience with mechanical assemblies.
• Proven fault‑finding and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Office and AutoCAD.
