Caseworker – Integration

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Caseworker – Integration to support Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTP’s) in Ireland. Reporting to the Senior Integration Associate, the role focuses on facilitating the integration of BOTP’s by ensuring access to essential services, language provision and personalised assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and coordinate access to support services for BOTP’s.
• Provide language assistance and arrange language provision.
• Deliver individualized integration support tailored to each beneficiary’s needs.
• Collaborate with governmental, inter‑governmental and non‑governmental partners.
• Undertake additional programme‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• School diploma with at least five years of relevant experience, OR a bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under the supervision of the Senior Integration Associate and within a multicultural environment.
