About the role

The Category Sourcing Expert will act as a strategic change agent, combining analytical rigor with creative problem‑solving to drive sourcing initiatives across complex, multi‑geography projects. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring that sourcing strategies align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end category sourcing processes, from market analysis to contract negotiation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders across different regions.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Conduct cost‑management analyses and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Facilitate meetings and conference calls to drive decision‑making and alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in category sourcing, supplier management, or purchasing within an IT/technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and cost‑management capabilities.
• Familiarity with commercial legal terminology related to contracts.
