Channel Account Manager

About the role

DoiT is looking for a Channel Account Manager to join its EMEA sales team. The role is fully remote and supports partners across the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands and Sweden. You will be the primary liaison for distributors, managed service providers and resellers, helping them sell DoiT’s cloud‑intelligence solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the relationship with channel partners, acting as the single point of contact for commercial, technical and operational matters.
• Conduct regular business reviews, assess performance, align on pipeline and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver compelling introductory pitches of DoiT solutions to partner sales teams and their customers.
• Manage deal registration processes and collaborate with the Channel Account Executive to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Develop joint business plans, set revenue targets and co‑sell activities with partners.
• Influence partner road‑maps and go‑to‑market strategies to increase DoiT’s share of wallet.
• Represent DoiT at partner events, industry conferences and partner‑hosted summits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel or partner sales within the technology or cloud services sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, drive pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Comfortable presenting solutions without deep technical support.
