Client Services Specialist – Data & BI

About the role

We are seeking a Client Services Specialist to deliver excellent client service for our Data and Business Intelligence platform within the investment funds and asset management industry. You will ensure customer satisfaction, support client objectives, and drive adoption of our technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for client queries, providing first‑line support and managing tickets to resolution in line with SLAs.
• Prioritise and coordinate case handling, keep clients informed, and support change requests and business deployments.
• Manage client communication during incidents, maintenance, and service disruptions.
• Gather business requirements for change requests and collaborate on error notes and claims analysis.
• Provide trusted advice on business and process design, participate in client meetings and adoption workshops, and identify upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Knowledge of the front‑to‑back value chain and functional analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of financial products and investment value chain processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and incident management skills.
• Excellent client‑facing communication, stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
• Organisational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Relevant university degree (finance, mathematics, physics, computer science or related).
• Experience in asset management or FinTech supporting financial services.
• Knowledge of front‑to‑back office processes and investment value chain.
