Cloud Engineer – IAM Platform Delivery & Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to lead the delivery and daily operation of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms. You will work in a multinational environment, collaborating with teams across the USA, Ireland, and India to build resilient, automated cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IAM platform delivery and operational excellence, focusing on infrastructure resilience and automation.
• Design, build, and maintain large‑scale Azure (and optionally AWS) environments using IaC tools such as Terraform or Open Tofu.
• Implement lifecycle management practices including patching, rehydration, automated rebuilds, gold‑image strategies, and disaster recovery.
• Streamline release management using Jenkins and AKS Kubernetes for reliable deployments.
• Coordinate with geographically dispersed teams using Confluence and JIRA for documentation and project tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in large multinational organisations with cross‑functional, multi‑time‑zone collaboration.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable) and IaC.
• Hands‑on experience with release management, virtual machines, and Kubernetes environments.

• Competitive daily rate of €450‑€500
• Fixed‑term contract for 6 months
• Hybrid work model: 1 week onsite, 3 weeks remote per month (transitioning to fully onsite by late 2027)
