Commercial Director – Europe

About the role

Clad Pad is seeking a Commercial Director for Europe to open doors and build relationships with key decision‑makers in the data‑centre and pharmaceutical construction sectors. This senior, market‑facing position will act as the face of the company across Europe, driving new business and expanding the pipeline beyond existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Originating and developing new business for cladding and asset‑protection products with main contractors, specifiers and developers across European data‑centre and pharma construction projects.
• Broadening the client base by targeting new contractors, developers and markets.
• Representing Clad Pad at senior level, establishing relationships with key decision‑makers and extending brand reach.
• Building and managing a qualified pipeline through to hand‑over for closure with the founding team.
• Feeding sector intelligence back into product specification and brand positioning.
• Establishing Clad Pad as the category leader in cladding and asset protection across Europe.

Required profile

• A deep, current network across European data‑centre and/or pharma construction with direct access to senior decision‑makers.
• Proven track record of personally originating and developing significant new business, not limited to account management.
• Credibility on technical specifications and standards sufficient to present the product to engineers and specifiers.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the founders.
