Commercial Director – Ireland & UK (Healthcare Tech)

About the role

This senior commercial leadership position is responsible for driving growth across Ireland and the United Kingdom for a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed healthcare technology company. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will shape and execute the commercial strategy in a rapidly scaling and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy for Ireland and the UK to achieve annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
• Lead new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts to maximise revenue growth.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key healthcare organisations and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, operations and finance teams to align market needs with solution offerings.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering ARR growth through both new business and account expansion.
• Experience in private‑equity backed, acquisitive or similarly fast‑paced business environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to operate at executive level.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
