Commercial Finance Partner

About the role

Emergn is looking for a Commercial Finance Partner to join its Finance & Operations team in Ireland. In this role you will help shape the financial side of the business by working on pricing, margin analysis and the commercial terms of contracts, ensuring the company grows profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial finance activities, including pricing strategy, margin analysis and contract term evaluation.
• Partner with sales, operations and legal teams to provide financial insight that influences commercial decisions.
• Produce financial analyses, forecasts and regular reporting to track business performance.
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial models that underpin pricing and profitability decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance, preferably within a commercial or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
