Client Services Specialist – Front Office & Risk

About the role

Amundi Technology is seeking a Client Services Specialist to provide first‑line and second‑line support for its Alto Invest platform. You will act as the trusted operational partner for asset managers, financial institutions and other clients, ensuring high satisfaction and successful adoption of front‑office and risk solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client queries, triage tickets, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
• Diagnose incidents, assess business impact, and propose workarounds or configuration changes.
• Coordinate with Client Success Managers, R&D and Relationship Managers to progress change requests and incident communications.
• Advise clients on business process design, support adoption workshops and identify upsell opportunities.
• Create and maintain functional documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the front‑to‑back investment value chain and functional analysis.
• Excellent client‑facing communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical issues into business impact and recommendations.
• Organised, able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
