Commercial Marketing Manager

About the role

The Commercial Marketing Manager will lead the marketing function, aligning activities with the company’s commercial priorities across regions. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with regional teams, the role drives growth by turning CRM data and market insight into measurable marketing impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the marketing team in delivering campaigns, content and initiatives that match business priorities.
• Translate commercial priorities from the CEO and regional leaders into actionable marketing plans.
• Own marketing performance visibility, analysing CRM data to assess pipeline development, lead quality and campaign impact.
• Act as the central coordination point between regional offices, ensuring collaboration, consistency and flexibility for local markets.
• Prioritise and plan marketing initiatives to focus on repeatable, measurable and commercially relevant work.
• Improve marketing effectiveness, including lead generation, website performance, campaign structure and reporting processes.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and development opportunities for team members.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in B2B or commercial marketing, preferably in long‑sales‑cycle environments.
• Proven experience managing or leading a marketing team.
• Strong commercial mindset with a results‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working with data and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross‑regional teams is a plus.
