About the role

Dojo, a leading payment brand in Ireland, is looking for motivated sales professionals to join its network of independent Business Development Managers. You will work on a commission‑only basis, building a portfolio of merchants and delivering tailored payment solutions across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage business owners and decision‑makers to understand their payment needs.
• Present and demo Dojo’s payment solutions, highlighting benefits for client growth.
• Close new accounts and nurture existing relationships to generate ongoing residual income.
• Represent Dojo at local events, networking sessions and industry gatherings.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with strong persuasive abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build personal success.
• At least 2 years of B2B or field sales experience (preferred).
