About the role
TCP Homecare is seeking an enthusiastic Community Nurse to join its growing clinical team in the Leinster region of Ireland. You will deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring a compassionate and professional service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to community patients in line with best practice standards.
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records and submit timely reports after each visit.
- Collaborate closely with the Nursing Director and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
- Adapt to changing needs while working both independently and as part of a team.
Required profile
- High degree of self‑motivation and commitment to personal and professional development.
- Strong administrative abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective time‑management and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Flexibility, adaptability to change, and sound judgement.
Required skills
- Cannulation and phlebotomy.
- IV therapy experience, including care of central venous access devices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Office and email communication.
