Compliance Investigator – Investigations Specialist

About the role
NetApp’s Legal department is seeking a seasoned Compliance Investigator to join its global investigations team in Cork. You will lead complex investigations into bribery, corruption, antitrust, conflicts of interest, data misuse, financial misconduct and third‑party violations, ensuring fairness and integrity across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end investigations on high‑risk compliance matters, from fact‑finding to final reporting.
- Develop neutral, confidential strategies for handling sensitive allegations while complying with legal and policy requirements.
- Produce fact‑based reports and actionable recommendations that can withstand legal scrutiny.
- Manage multiple investigations concurrently, driving timely closures.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, well‑documented outcomes.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience conducting global compliance investigations in a corporate environment.
- Strong professional judgment, emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency with email search tools.
- Experience using Salesforce for case management.
- Familiarity with online research techniques.
- Knowledge of case management systems; NAVEX EthicsPoint preferred.
