Construction Manager (Client Side) – Dublin

About the role

This Construction Manager (Client Side) role offers the chance to lead transformative residential and regeneration projects across Ireland. Reporting to a senior construction lead, you will join a multidisciplinary development team and be responsible for driving projects through the construction phase while supporting earlier planning and design stages.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of residential projects through the construction stage of the development lifecycle.
• Support development colleagues during planning, detailed design and pre‑construction stages.
• Manage design teams from a technical, programme and budget perspective.
• Plan, organise and direct all construction‑related project activities.
• Liaise with local authorities, utilities, consultants and development partners.
• Develop and manage project programmes, milestones and delivery schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Manage main contractors and consultancy teams on large‑scale construction projects.
• Oversee statutory approvals including Planning Permission, Fire Safety and Disability Access Certificates.
• Monitor budgets, manage costs and provide regular project reporting.
• Contribute to value engineering and cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction or development management.
• Recognised third‑level qualification in construction, engineering, development or a related discipline.
• Strong technical and commercial construction knowledge.
