Construction Project Manager

About the role

Gi Group Ireland is partnering with a leading structural development and infrastructure specialist to hire a Construction Project Manager for the Leinster region. This newly created, full‑time permanent role offers the chance to own the complete lifecycle of high‑impact building and infrastructure projects across County Meath and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee every phase of construction, from project definition and planning to field execution, monitoring and final sign‑off.
• Align project targets and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders to meet client specifications.
• Develop and track master schedules, budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost‑effective, on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, design engineers, architects, contractors and trade teams to resolve design clashes and maintain quality standards.
• Manage procurement workflows, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts and select partners.
• Control project costs, cash‑flow budgets and engineering change orders.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to audit progress, mitigate risks and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clear communication across the project workforce and client base.
