Construction Project Manager – Newbuild Apartment Scheme

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a new‑build apartment scheme in Limerick valued at approximately €10 million. Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will be the primary on‑site authority, overseeing the project from inception to handover.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, guaranteeing work is delivered to specification.
- Maintain client relationships and act as the main point of contact for project updates.
- Monitor project budgets, progress reports, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Required profile
- Proven experience working in Irish construction.
- Background with a main contractor or subcontractor.
- Strong residential experience, preferably with apartment developments.
