Construction Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead daily operations on a building project in Dublin. The role involves coordinating trades, managing site logistics and ensuring that all work is carried out safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead on‑site construction crews.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and overall site logistics.
• Monitor health & safety compliance, including SafePass and PPE requirements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Manage materials, tools and equipment, conducting daily briefings and maintaining progress records.
• Report issues, delays and progress to the Site/Project Manager.
• Carry out quality control checks and final inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Valid SafePass and Manual Handling certificates.
• First Aid and CSCS tickets are advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
