Construction Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead high‑end commercial fit‑out projects across Dublin. You will own site operations from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while collaborating with senior management, clients and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations for fit‑out projects.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to meet safety, schedule and budget targets.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Review drawings, programmes and specifications to guarantee seamless delivery.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively and keep stakeholders informed.
• Drive high‑quality workmanship and foster a positive site culture.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in fit‑out or commercial construction.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and manage site teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Full clean driving licence.
